As I am moving from this appartment and I would like to rent this appartment to someone who is interested to move in from August1, 2010. It is a 2bedroom appartment with living and kitchen attached and it is on 2nd Flr, only 2 blocks from 7 train and also very close to laundry, food shopping. The rent is only $1250.00 including heat and hot water. It is ideal for 3 candidates only because one room is small. If interested please call me 3477203889 and leave me a voice message if I am not available.
