I am male/37, Looking 1BR room, furnished and allow to cook spicy food. I am new in San Antonio, moving from Boston. I am starting PhD in Incarnate Word from Fall 2010. My requirements are: - parking space -separate room -separate kitchen (to avoid smell in room) -Utilities paid or less utilities bills -Furnished -gym, pool or tennis ground.
