This has some geometrical sequence. It makes hell difference one who is wearing high hill and flat ware.  When a lady wears the high hill the body will shape differently to be balanced as well to walk like if you climb a hill or go down the hill your body posture will automatically adjust to it. Similarly to balance the body while wearing a high hill, the butt goes little up and on the counter part the chest has to adjust it accordingly. That will give the lady different posture which is the chest will be lifted high and lady will  appear more attractive. I may be wrong but this is my penny analysis.  But the clip has no thing to do, I am guessing you are more attractive to feet than other part of the bodies.  And which is not unnatural, some people focus on eye, some on face, some on chest, some on hip and so on..
