Sub: Roommate needed for a 3 bdr apt. Hi,                                                         A nice affordable, clean, spacious apt is waiting for a couple, individual or 2 ppl to move in ASAP. Rent is $1400.00 which eventually will be divided into 3. Utilities for the last month are like this: Electricity= $30.78, Gas= $34.59 (Total) for 2 families which of course will not be much when / by 3. Wooden floors, except kitchen. Bdr is big, bright and has its own closet. Kitchen is spacious, with lots of cabinets. A walk in closet in the kitchen to store in our dry products. Beside the kitchen is the living room with it's own closet and could be used as a study room. If you wish then there is plenty of space at the back to chill out. Plenty of parking on the street and also back of house. Let us know if you do wish to give it a try. You can mail us at the following above or can call us at 617-606-2305 or 857-891-2727.  Nice day.
