I had Filled I-797 c, Notice of action three Months ago (Currently 5 Months time frame).My question to Expert only who knows what they are saying....Please do not Assume or guess things.....Is it possible to get answer beore time frame.........Yes/no how will the Process move forward............??I would appreciate your feedback....if you could elaborate on this.....Thanks

Fiance visa is issued for the fiance of US Citizen.....so i guess you are a citizen.. if i were you.....and i guess if want her here so much...the easist bet will be marrying her and getiing her permanent residency ....but still following the steps getiing K1 should lead you one...good luck http://travel.state.gov/visa/i...
