Search the university's directory or people finder with nepali last names.  Last time I visited the are, I met couple of Shresthas but don't know em well.  Hope it helps.

I am pretty sure there are quiet a lot nepali students, even some gradute students. You can write to International student office and ask them to forward that email to all nepali students. That helps  a lot rather then discussing here.
