Hi everyone, The apartment is situated at Mt. Pleasant St.Rent is very cheap and it is close to T station. We have three bedroom and a kitchen. Three of us (2 ladies and 1 guy) are living in two rooms. One bedroom is available for single person or two. Ladies are preferred. Gents can be considered. 5 minutes walk from Sullivan square T station and I am not kidding.  Single person will have to pay $250. If two persons want to share the room then $200 per person.
