Do not try to involve yourself in the confront/argue situation. Just smile at him and tell him that you wish him to buy the air-ticket to your country. If he is still angry, just ignore him and tell him politely to talk to your manager.

Print some nice pics and good article about tourism in Nepal. Print nice pics of Babas smoking pot. Next time he walks in get the paper ready and your answer as well Whenever he tells you to go back to Pakistan reply nicely that your are not from Pakistan but Nepal hand him those pics and articles And then Tell him you are actually going to Nepal this summer and if he likes to join for real adventure and pot he is welcome.  I am 100% sure he will be your friend. Esp mention your are Hindu not Muslim. Good Luck
