pshrestha, i never said Nurbu Sherpa is the greatest of all. i was just admiring the talent that he has and for the person who is so involved with non profits to do good things for the community.......U see pshrestha, we, Nepalese, have this old habit of pulling others legs. We can't see someone doing better and i'm very sure that you know that is the exact reason why Nepal is where it is right now....i think we as the younger generation need to change that trend... And you know what, to be honest, i wish i was one of the hoochies in his videos. I don't know him personally YET but hopefully would love to meet him someday. For Uranus, for your info i took English 101 6-7 years ago so i'm good. but thanks for your suggestions though..

she plays the "we nepalese pull each others legs" card what an illogical statement with the argument at hand. please nobody is pulling nurbu's legs it's just that his rapping is terrible to be honest Unlike You sonimaiya i am not among the people who blindly supports someone if they are terrible at something. if he makes better songs and does good enough job at it i will be among the people praising him. couldn't agree more with cyberlegend. sonya, we are not pulling his leg. he sucks as a rapper, and i am just expressing my opinion. i would mind my own business and not even bother to comment about him  if he was not a pubic celebrity and not claming to be blazing the kathmandu city,representing etc etc.I personally think he is fake and tries to immitiate 2 pac and JayZ. i wish he was more real and represented kathmandu and Nepal better.right now, it is something like "Haagnay layee bhanda dekhnay layee laag jasto."

uranus, it's not about arguing, it's about getting your point across effectively in a very simple manner and i better be good at it as i teach the very students that takes "English 101" in college. pshrestha, you are contradicting yourself. you said you think nurbu sherpa is good rapper in the thread before this and now you are completely going the other way. Seems to me you are just following cylegend and trust me following some fools is not a good thing. You claim to be teaching freshmen in college yet cannot wait to be one of Nurbu's hoochies? Sounds more like someone who hasn't got past her amorous teenage fantasies. Also, "That is the exact reason why Nepal is where it is right now" sounds like an old forbidden cliche'. A teacher that you are, you should have had better choice of words. I've heard that mundane line gazillion times before. Most people claim to be at their international best the moment they board an aircraft from Tribhuvan International airport, they also are the same who envision 'better Nepal' the moment they bask under a Miami sun.With all said and done, sadly, I believe you just are one of them.

so uranus, are you implying that just because i teach freshmen i am not allowed to enjoy my life and have fun. if you look my other thread i said i took english 101 6 -7 years ago. so if you are smart enough, which i think you are, you should be able to guess i'm not that old. and yes, i am not ashmed to admit that i am huge nurbu sherpa fan. i enjoy his music. and i imagine that you are also smart enough to notice i'm totally ignoring cylegend.
