Late King Mahendra put him in his payroll to get informations continued until Birendra. But somehow the party needed people who had some experience about palace.  He should say, if they challenge democratic way I will follow the rule. Looks like a joker and talk like a joker must be a joker.

This is the same desperado who applied for the post of PM when gyane disgraced the whole nation by advertising the PM's position in the local newspapers (kahi nabhayako jatra hadigauma bhanya jasto garera). Then he got rejected... He lost elections from two contituencies. Then he resigned from the party postion on moral basis. There was no morality issue when he took up PM's role soon after. Yasta bhateharuko kura garera sadhya huncha???
