When I wanted to take a semester break, I went to the international student office and talked to a adviser; he told me that since I had taken classes for 8 months before that, I could just take a semester break and use that as my vacation period. I got my I-20 signed and left. Your case is probably different. Just contact your adviser he/she will tell you want you need to do. Good luck!!!

thankyou saathi uttar ko lagi...ani break semesterko time period bharinai nepal basna parcha ki tyo bhanda agadinai yaha farkina ni milcha...testo garda kei problem ma parincha ..idea bhaye share garauna tyo ni

My case was different, I had taken summer and fall classes so I took a break during spring semester. I was in Nepal for 2 months and came back. I didn't face any problems at all. But I am guessing your case is different. Are you taking classes in summer?

if i am planning to take a break next semester,i think i have to do that ,right?..and if i am not wrong we can enroll in just one class during summer,hoina ra ?plan ta testai gari ra ho..aba advisor le ke bhancha tesma ni bhar parcha hola...but thanks a lot sathi
