If the training is free I suggest people who are interested to take the training ... but if you have to pay then you just stay away from Indian Consulting Confuse Nepali (ICCN) since I have seen people promising job and even filing H1 and laying off after a year ....so if you are on student visa please make sure to know the pro's n cons ....
