My parents are already here in USA in a tourist visa. It already been like 2 months.Maile mero buba ama ko asylum apply garne sochdai chhu..They came to usa 2 yrs before and went back to nepal in six months. They again came in this feb 2010....Maile nepal bata banaunu parne sabai documents haru banai sake...What is the chance to get approved. Mero dd bhinaju haru pani yeha nai hunuhuncha ra ma pani yehi chhu...will that be a problem for my parents to get approved?? yedi approve bhayena bhane will they have any problem...if they wanna come back to usa in later years...please help me out guys.......

if they don't get approved, they will be deported instantly

.Asylum is for people who are fearing prosecution not to enjoy immigration benefits by lying. they won't get deported instantly. the case will be sent to the court. but be realistic, they won't be able to go home for a long time. they must be around 50. it's gonna be a heck of a time for them to get adjusted here. paper is not everything. they will be fine in Nepal.

Thanks for comments. The main thing I want to know is, if the asylum is not approved and the have to return back to nepal. Will it affect them to come back to usa any other time?
