Is it a solution, at all? It's already late. Hope they will revive previous bidding process and start the process ASAP. तर पुरानो biddersहरु बिच्क्यो or धेरै amount and time माग्न थाल्यो भने केरा गर्नु government ले?

Guys this news may be a good news for a while but you know dhotis.. Now the ministry will again call for bid. And this time india will go for below $2.5. They are crazy this time. Something like $2.50 will be the lowest bid and the goverment will be compelled to give it to India coz it will be legal that time. The company who will bid for the lowest amount will be given the contract and india will be that bidder. Aakhir ma aaj j bhaye pani bholi tyo dhoti haru le nai contract paunechhan. Kasto bidambana Nepal ra Nepali ko.. So i said that this news is a good news for a while.. -KC
