Dear all, I am in F1 and my work authorization will expire in 2011 Oct. Can my employer start to apply for GC for me right now if they want? And by 2011 Oct if I do not hear any progress in GC then can I go for H1 prior to expiration date of current work authorization? Your advice will be highly appreciated!! Thanks
