Dont do it unless you are perfectly happy with your job and growth opportunity. If there wont be any immigration changes you are lucky if you get your green card by 2016.

EC- let me get this straight...Your employer will not file under EB-2 and  says will file on April 1st???? that's gotto be April fool's joke...lol...

Hey llcoola, If you don't know then better to stay way from the comments. There is a lots of requirement to meet EB2- salary, position, and proof such position must be required for Master degree.
