REGARDING F1 SPONSORSHIP BY EMPLOYER
Hello Sajha Users, Can anyone help me how can a student in F1 status can get a Green Card or process for other visa status from the employer. Is it even possible??

Yes. Any employer can sponsor F1 student to work for him as H1b employee.

And to sponsor for H1B does the student have to clear the bachelor degree. Also after H1B how can he process for green card??

i have seen people going from OPT(F1 status) to green card based on employment...but not heard about getting sponsorship without a degree on hand....
