Hey guys i bought a sony camcorder few months ago it was working fine for a while but now it shows E:31:OO error and its not working now and seems like i am gonna loose all memories .if u can help me get through this i will really appericiate .

Bring it to the store you have purchased or if bought on line, give Sony a call, it is still under warranty.
