I have a HDTV and comcast high speed internet. I have not subscribed cable internet and use antenna to capture free air signals. I do not watch much TV though, so do not have any plan to pay for the cable channels. I recently moved to a new place which is surrounded by other apartments and cannot really get TV signals, means my antenna is not helping me get free air HD channels. When I connected my coax cable from TV to the point(in wall) from where I get internet, I get all the free channels. I believe the comcast box outside the apartment is acting as an antenna. I was using 5-900 MHz 2 way splitter to get internet and the TV signals. But the splitters stops working after approx 30 mins use. I replaced the splitter and the problem is still same. Is there any specific type splitter for such purpose. Any particular frequency range??? Guys, Please advise ...

Enjoy free TV and internet. Regarding high speed internet, your cable box must be recognize by com-cast, it is wired. Good luck

So, COMCAST let you sign for Internet without basic TV? I paid 14.99 extra each month just to sign for internet.
