Dear Friends, I just saw that the current processing time for green card holders filing to their spouses is 5 months.(for Nebraska service center) मतलब, File gareko ५ महिनमा wife or husband lai  अमेरिका ल्याउन पाउछ त ?  If you know anything about it, please share. Thanks.

No, that is after your date is current. Fam-ily All Charge- ability Areas Except Those Listed CHINA-mainland born INDIA MEXICO PHILIPP-INES 1st 01JUN04 01JUN04 01JUN04 08SEP92 01JAN94 2A 01MAR06 01MAR06 01MAR06 01MAR04 01MAR06 which means if you filed on March 2006 then, it would take 5 more months to process your application by USCIS.   The application is withhold by USCIS unless your visa number becomes available. You dont have to wait for VISA number for Parents or spouse.

that is true only for american citizen not for Permanent residence. If you are a GC holder  you need to wait for VISA Number.
