Hi, If you apply for tax of 2009 this fall and are a full time student, and if you fill the 1098 T form, IMPORTANT: You have to fill that you paid your tuition fee yourself, NOT your family, you will be eligible for American Opportunity Credit, starting from 900-2500, Note: It depends upon your tuition fee. internatinal student lai has to go through Form 1040NR(Non resident) instruction....google it for more info....tc.....
