The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) is all set to issue special identity cards to Non-Resident Nepalis (NRN), according to media-reports. MoFA spokesperson Durga Bhattarai told a leading national daily on Thursday that the ministry has completed the process for issuing such cards to NRN's as per the decision made by the government. NRNs can now submit an application at the ministry or Nepali diplomatic missions for the special IDs from Friday onwards. The application forms are also available at the ministry's website - www.mofa.gov.np.
