Those who are (were ) ruling the country are the destroyer of Nepal. Are they Bahun and Chhetris? yes. Most of the influential positions in army, police and government offices were taken by so called Bahun and Chettries. If they have willingness to make country better, they could have done it. My personal feeling Whenever I go to the offices for some work, most of the people (officials)  who expect bribe are either Bahun Or Chettris. I strongly believe that   unrest, killing , poverty, joblessness are the byprodcut of corruption (bribery).    There is no way to know that the country would be in better position if it were ruled by other (than bahun and chhetris).
