Graduate admission, Please help!!

Hi Guys, Happy new year to you all !! I am having little dilemma here regarding my graduate admission. My GRE score is 1120, and my cumulative gpa is 3.37 (BS biology). GPA in my major classes (about 50 credits) is 3.7 but I had 3 F's ( in Microbiology+ 2 non science classes) which I repeated later on and got A on all of them. Please suggest me whether I should apply for PhD or Masters. what are my chances of getting into graduate school?? Please suggest me some schools for molecular biology. Thanks for your help! try mississippi state university. great assistanships and research options. university of Alabama is good as well.  your score perfectly matches at Mississippi state univ for TA or RA positions.
