Need suggestion about canada

Need good suggestion about Canada. I have recently received Canadian PR. I have 8 years of work experience in software development in Nepal. I have two options, eitther to do MS in Computer Science in Alberta university or do some  1 year certification course in IT in Toronto. I am totally confused. Please suggest.

If you get admission in University of Alberta for Masters, go for it. That will be the best decision ever.

I would pick a MS over a certificate course any day.

Thanks for your suggestion. I already have Masters degree in CS from India. People are telling me that its very hard to find any job if I don't have canadian degree. Thats why I am looking for an option. Is it really very hard for people who have IT degrees from outside to find job in canada?
