That is a Bhadgaunle topi.  Must be a Nepali delegate for sure. Good to see our representative sporting an authentic topi.

Nah. The first one is a Bhadgaunle topi for sure. How do I know? I had to wear it on formal occasions while in school.

It could be any one from the 76 member jumbo team. 38-member Nepali delegation sponsored by Department For International Development (DFID), UK and World Wildlife Fund, includes PM wife Gayatri, PM's advisors Raghuji Pant, Bishnu Rijal and Rajan Bhattarai, chief secretary, ministers, journalists and senior government officials.off to Copenhagen for climate change summit . Equal number of Nepali delegates including several ministers are already in Copenhagen to participate the conference. http://www.nepalnews.com/main/...

What a funny analysis by the starter of this thread.... haha... "a small contribution, but significant one!" Has our country reached a position wherein the nation thinks it is more crucial to talk about "climate change" rather than its own development, peace in nation and providing basic things of citizens ?? Open your eyes man... it is a free trip on Nepal govt. money !! It is your money, our money which they are enjoying on... Last edited: 18-Dec-09 08:11 PM Last edited: 18-Dec-09 08:12 PM
