Does anybody know what I should be doing to call this number? I'm trying to call my friend who lives in London and googling the directions confused the hell outta me.  This is my friend's number  07586179218 ( I changed the number ).  I need to make this phone call right now.

try skype, or google voice, it's a paid service though

Calling card isn't an issue here. I just don't know what area codes to press. He sent me a message via Iphone ( Who carries Iphone in England? O2? ) and gave me his number. I pressed 011 44 and his number. It didn't work. Google ma chahin Outer London ra Inner london ko lagi chuttai area code dial garnu parne re. I felt that was unnecessary.

Dial 011 44 and the number without the first number 0. like 011447586179218
