i have a single room to rent near by jackson height area..quiet and 2 blocks frm train..shoppin center nearby.. very affordable room fully furnished and i am asking only 300 a month but i need sm1 who is quiet,non-smoker and who could respect others privacy... wont last 646-407-7184

Have a single bedroom available after january 15 in bronx.Its a 2 bedroom apt. 10 min from bedford blvd park lehman college station, safe area of bronx.I am not planning to share the cost of apt. but just planning to rent the room, as its going to be vacant.anyone interested plz contact at 347-269-7160
