Can we Nepalese discuss anything in a civilized manner?

By civilized I mean a decent discussion, solely focused on the subject matter, no personal attacks, no derogatory comments, no comments aimed to offend someone's mother, sister or any other members of the family. Can we do that? I have never (or rarely) seen such a discussion among Nepalese regardless of the topic. Is that possible by any means?

TheNepaliDawg: yes we can :P. If we're ready to do the enormous task of IGNORING and FLAGGING any comment not relevant to the thread. But I guess its a really hard thing to do. Anyways, what were you planning on discussing? I'm all ears :D

Wishful thinking. I am not trying to put anyone down but I don't think it is possible in any group to have a meaningful discussion without offending some group.
