At least four wheels are rolling and people are happy, thats all it matters. Besides, that everything is wear and tear. Kantipur can afford to have HD Video Camera. That doesn't mean Country like ours should be driving Hybrid Green Buses. WE NEED WATER AT LEAST TO WIPE YOUR ***, OTHERWISE IT WILL BE HARD TO SIT INSIDE THE BUS EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE HYBRID GREEN BUSES.
