Manassas, that is expensive. One of my friend is renting townhouse for $1050 including electricity.

 It depends on the type of house probably. There are houses that are 30 years old. Mine is built in 2002. Just to rent a 2 bedroom apartment in that area(check westgate apartment), it costs $950, that too, without electricity and no laundry. The mortgage + tax +HOA + insurance alone for my house is $1250/mo, now you do the math.

साथी तपाईं ले कती म किन्नु भयो र कती घरको लागि तिर्नु हुन्छ भन्ने कुरा भन्दा पनि तपाईंको म बसेर के फाईदा हुन्छ भन्ने कुरा महत्व पूर्ण हुन्छ। मेरो मान्छे बस्ने घर late 90's को हो। जब मैले कोठाको भाउ सोधे र बातावरण हेर्दा शाहरै राम्रो लाग्यो । त्यो घर Burlington coat factory को पछाडि पर्छ । हजुर को कता पर्छ थाहा भएन । मेरो साथी को ३ वोत कोठा छन हजुर को जम्मा २ वोत रहेछन । जे होस् नेपाली भएको मा good luck दिन्छु | गल्ती भये रिसानी माफ होस्

PeaceSoul, No problem say whatever you think is right, and don't feel bad either. My current job is to sell my lease at my price. Those who can pay my price will get my town for rent, it is that simple. The rent I'm asking is reasonable, I know that because in this TH I have lived 7 years. Now usefulness of a TH is well-known: jhyamkiri lai rati lyaera dyamkiri banae pani bhayo, hoina bhane tanna beer khaera jhyama maja le eklai sute pani bhayo; yo ta bhannai naparne kuro po ta. La taja taja WARM TH for rent, it will not last long. Rent just $1375/mo. I already have an offer from a guy, but if there is anyone from Sajha, please let me know. In the mean time, I'm waiting for details from my agent (Long and Foster) for further processing.

The townhouse is no more available now. It is now rented. Thank you all for support. LongAndFoster took a month's rent. Thanks a lot to Sajha.
