Hello Chaps, Anyone looking to buy land in Kathmandu? I have total 7.5 ropani in Chunikhel, Kathmandu. It is available into two schemes; ploted or wholesale. Ploted will cost Rs, 300,000 per ana but buy as it is on wholesale will cost Rs, 280,000 per ana. Guys, i do not make jokes. This is real happenings and if you have money just come and visit the said land site and purchase as you like. It is located besides Kapan Gumba called Chunikhel on 18 feet wide road to Narayanthan.

if you would like to sell it for 150,000 per aana, let me know.   and please i'm not kidding as well. i know that area.  besides the Kapan and chunikhel means, its on the hill. if interested,let me know.   thanks!
