Is it possible to get H1B visa sponsorship from the organization which works for the handicap and disabled person ? It is a non-profit, non-government organization. Last edited: 01-Nov-09 06:52 PM

yes but that position has to require a minimum of Bachelors Degree. Some non profit fall under cap exemption so definately check into if your ORG falls into that type. Most important thing they must be willing to do this for you. Good Luck
