i came to nepal and ani malai pani same case theo.....i was transfering to next college after reentering into u.s and as out of status in previous i had to go to american embassy at kathmandu for taking visa again for new college..i was rejected saying that they found out my record of working in liquor store and denied visa.....u can take a chance though....not good in such situation travel to nepal.

@csz5s, bro, aafno case farak paryo ni ta,...u were out of status ani kaha bata chirna dincha ta...visa pani chance nai chaina ni...liquor violation bhaye pani na bhaye pani...gorkhe bro ramro status ma cha bhane teti issue na hola...airport ma aba fishing ma paryo bhane arkai kura ho..natra chances are very less...

One of my co workers had same problem. She was form india and she sold alcohol to minor. But the only difference was she went to court and paid around $200. I don't think she opted for probation too. And Good news is she went to india this summer and is back in USA now. So i think you should be good. Until u missed any court date i think you should be good.

Here is my suggestion for you. if you are in probabtion don't go. you can visit after your probation, there won't be any peoblem unless until you have valid I-20 or maintaining F1 status. good luck Bro.

hi guys, thanx to all of you, @ devilwithin999- thanx for ur response. mero status thik6.. maile kaam garda pani cash ma gareko ho... port of entry maa auuda ta tiniharule sodhne chances hun6 bhaneko sunya thye...kina charged bhathis bhanera... alcohol sell garya thiis??? bhanyou bhane....... @ pjay36- thanx man. was ur co-worker in F1 visa?? mero case dismiss bhako ho... ani dismiss huuda ni probation ma par6? mero 1 time court date miss bhako thyo..tara court date ko notice aako thyena... not to me, not to my lawyer..not to anyone... so maile jujdelai ma notify bhako thyena bhane pa6i..usle arko court date deko thyo sajilai... ani maile kei pani pay gariina...sayad dismiss bhayera hola..tara tabc ko certificate chhai pass garera court ma dekhako thye...

Yes she was in F1 status, sorry i should have mentioned that before. But my only concern  here is if you have missed court date then make sure that u straightened that thing out.( i think you have done that). But still. i sold cig to minor and i didn't get any court notice as u did and i got pullover once and then i was arrested as i missed court date. have to spend one night in jail. My only concern here is make sure everything is straightened out about your missed court date. if that's done and you have done what you need to do i think you will be ok. And about port asking that why u sold ticket to minor, let me ask that girl . i don not have her number so i have to facebook her. i will let u know if they asked anything to her in port. i am going to nepal too this dec.

if u have gone to jail and they have taken your finger print therea......and if they scan your fingerprint during re-entry even u maintain valid f1 status they will not let you in. i guess they scan your fingerprints again while reentering at airport at port of entry....be careful though. mero case complex nai theo..ani malai u.s pheri pharkina na payea ni baal theana....tara yaha sabailea ja bhaneko bhayera naya i-20 ma try gareko theana ....visa reject bhayeo...thikai bhayeo sabaiko chitta ni bujeo yaha ani mailea afnai desh ma pheri old life bachna payea....ma ta happy chu j bhayea ni!!!! if u r very serious abt your re-entry dont take a chance in this condition i suggest.
