.Hello everyone, I bought a Sano Sansar CD from Ratobhale.com a month ago, and I have not received it yet. I have sent 4 emails to the Ratobhale admin, and none of them have been replied yet. The funds have been taken from my credit card by Paypal and have been deposited into Ratobhale's account. However, I have not got the CD, and no replies to my 4 emails. I was frustrated, so I bought a phonecard and called the phone number listed at the website. Somebody from Jai Nepal cinema hall answered the phone, and each time I called, I was asked to "wait a minute". The "a minute" turns into 4 minutes, and then somebody comes to the phone, and says "hello" and disconnects. EVERY SINGLE TIME! I called them 7 times, and it happened all 7 times. Is this how Quest Entertainment wants to do business? This bad experience has resulted in me being so frustrated that I would NEVER buy anything from Ratobhale and Quest. If any of you have been thinking of buying the Sano Sansar CD, or Kagbeni DVD, or any of the other products they have at Ratobhale, all I have to say to you is BEWARE. I am sure they are nice people, but why don't they reply to their customer's emails, and phone calls. Also, why won't they send me my CD after they have already taken my money? So, think twice before you buy anything from Ratobhale. Terrible customer service, terrible.

fickthesick: for 10 bucks, i would have someone buy that CD in Nepal and ship it with total less than 10 bucks or have it someone bring it. i feel sorry that you went though bad service or (no service at all). sometimes judge the book by its cover.....cummon why would someone name their company "ratobhale.com"....it is not creative nor funny but is crude and almost obsene.....i would never have bought anything from these ppl just because the name sounds so shady...my thought

So, I thought, instead of having somebody from Nepal bring it to me, I might as well buy it online and enjoy it sooner. I was wrong. @pixie: I usually don't judge a book by its cover. I thought that the people at Quest are going to be different from other businesses in Nepal. After having seen their movies, I believed that these people are professional, and that I could trust them. After all they were bringing change to the Nepalese entertainment industry. I thought they were going to do the same everywhere. Alas, their customer service department has a long way to go.

@mickthesick: I have Sano Sansar CD with me. it's used but in mint condition. if you are interested, I'll sell you for 5 bucks. you pay the shippping. i bought that CD when i was in Nepal last year. let me know

Just file a dispute with your credit card company either by calling them or by doing it online. They will investigate the case and I am pretty sure they will involve paypal too. If they find out the transaction to be fraud, Paypal will freeze Ratobhale's account and your CC company will refund your money.

File a dispute with Paypal...it'll work 100% SURE!! I bought a something got something else, paypal helped me out to get my refund!!

Buy the cd from dolphin for 5 bucks. Make a copy of the cd and distribute it online for free so you have satisfaction of revenge that is worth more than the 10 dollars they took from you. That is the nepali way of doing things. :) I am thinking like a nepali now!

.@dolphin: Since I have already spent my $10 at Ratobhale, I don't want to spend another $5+shipping for the CD. That would make the Sano Sansar CD the most expensive CD in my collection. I will keep writing emails to the admin. Since they won't answer my calls, I have asked my sisters and cousins in Nepal to call them and ask them what's going on with my order. @Kuhire: I am still hoping that the people at Quest will reply to my emails, and either send me the CD or give me my money back. I don't want to pirate and cause them a loss. They may have wronged me, but I don't have to wrong them. An eye for an eye makes the world blind. @other people with Paypal suggestions: Thank you all for your suggestions. I have decided to file a complaint with Paypal. I will update my reports on what Paypal has to say about this, and whether I will get my money back or not.
