Sagarr, I have a room in a 2BR house in Jersey City. I live in the other room and work in downtown Jersey City itself. It is a very good house and would hate to move out for lack of another roommate as my friend is moving back to Nepal.  Rent is $700 and includes everything including internet and cable.
