W-9 form and risk
Friends, I am currently in H1 B status and working for a company. I just got another part time online job and employer is asking me to send completed W-9 form. Does anyone know whether H1B holder can work for two jobs? Is there any risk sending W-9 form in future like in filing Green Card? I would appreciate your response. Thanks!

Yes an H1B holder can work for two jobs but H1B should be Approved from both the Employers.. Working Without H1 with another Employer is Illegal.. Don't work!!
