Can we still apply for H1B or can't?

I think the time to apply H1B is gone but just wondering as the Quotta is not fulfilled, are they still accepting H1B visas or we have to wait until Next April??

Yes; you sure can apply for H1B since the quota has not exhausted yet. I am not a lawyer therefore do your research or talk to the lawyer. Good luck!

You can file till last day of Sept 2010 or till the Quota isFull --whichever is earlier.. Last edited: 08-Oct-09 09:34 PM
