Indeed it is a time to go hand in hand. But let me put my two cents here about treacherous maoist. Once upon a time in the recent history of Nepal, there was a great oppurtunity in the hand of maoist to turn a himalayan country into one like that  in central europe"Switzerland". But as we know a little neglect breeds great mischief. Believe me he " Mr. Supremo" is in great mischief right now. Last night i was going through a novel and came across some literary terms let me put it here, "For want of nails the shoe was lost, for want of shoe, the horse ws lost and for want of horse the rider was lost being overtaken and slain by enemy". all for the care about the horse shoe nail. Now the well is dry for Mr. Supremo and the paradox is he knew the worth of water when the well got dry. I don't know what deprived Mr. Supremo of all his spirit and virtue. It is really hard for a empty bag to stand up upright, so it is same with these shallow brains that we see in the streets of Kathmandu protesting all now and then. No morning sun lasts a whole day dude, forget it and be brave to say no to maoist. Believe me one of his comrade will blow his head very soon for coming to nothing for his commitment to their sacrifice.

Raju 161,  This protest is NOT organized to show support for the Maoists. We, organizers, categorically deny that. So please let's continue talking with calm and reason. This protest was organized to voice our discontent with the direction the country is taking. That is, towards another war. You must be aware that that is a peace process in Nepal. A crucial milestone in that peace process was the Constituent Assembly elections. An election whose result was the most inclusive assembly, ever, in our history. Nepalis people expected a lot from the elections. They expected a new constitution and, in the minimum, they expected the parties to respect the results.Because if no one respects people's votes, then we will never be democratic. We will forever be ruled by the strong men and men with guns. We aspire to see a democratic Nepal. That is our goal. I think we can all agree on that. But to say that your demands look like those of the Maoists therefore you are wrong is not productive. It leads us nowhere. Please read our demands. They are not against one party or another. They are for a system.  A democratic system. For Rule of Law for all and Human Rights for all. We must agree on these principles if our country is ever to be prosperous and just. Some of you are asking why back flags? Aren't people who carry black flags Maoists? No. We would like to clarify that black flags are not only used by the Maoists. These are some of the instances when a black flag was used within Nepal and abroad, * they were used by the congress, the leftists, and democrats against the Rana regime * they were used by congress, leftists against the panchayat regime * they were used by indigenous groups and Madhesis against the panchayat * they were used against the king and panchyat * they were used when Sikkim was annexed by India * when the dictators took over in Pakistan and Bangladesh It has been a symbol of resistance and opposition throughout our modern history. We are merely continuing that tradition. Because if we don't, if no Nepali raises the issues we have raised above, Nepal forever be an unjust country on the brink of failure. Our responsibility is not to be a mute obsever while that's happening. We are students. We are not politicians. Nor do we have political aspirations. Some of you are asking why are you protesting Madhav Kumar Nepal only. Why not Maoists also? That is a valid point. The reason we are protesting Madhav Kumar Nepal is that he is the Prime-Minister. Whether we like it or not, he is the head of our state. Therefore, it is his duty, his burden, his responsibility, whatever you want to call it, it is on his shoulders to make sure that we enter a democratic era. He is not allowed to disregard people's votes because that is the only thing people have got. That is why we think no one, prime-minister, president, generals, Maoists or others, should get away with violating fundamental principles of democracy. There are other issues which are equally imporant to us. Perhaps even more so. Of course, we condemn the Human Rights abuses committed by the Maoists, in the past and in the present. That is why we are asking the government to search for the disappeared, those diasappeared by the Maoists and the then Royal Nepal Army. We want everyone to hear the story of Maina Sunuwar and hundreds of others whose families are still suffer. You will see her picture at the protests too. This protest is to get people , especially young people living abroad, to be engaged with politics. And start talking and come up with common goals and shared vision for our country. Belhaari You claimed that this protest is  against the direction of the country taking. Also you claimed that this protest is not against Makune but the person who is the prime minister of Nepal. Mr. Belhari, Looking at what you have written and how you have presented you case, you look like an educated person... I think you forgot to take a Common Sense Tablet while you were atending classes and gaining valuable knowledge. The representation is of our motherland, and to disrespect the person who is representing our country is in fact disrespecting your own motherland . I have no doubt that you love the country as much as I do.  I under no circumstance am willing to disrespect my country , but why are you doing so ? Politics is a dirty game and I try to stay as far from it as I can, but I humbly urge to you, that do not make sajha your recruitment office. I have my own beliefs and views of all the so called political parties of Nepal, but that in itself is a different topic. The value of something really exceeds when it is put towards the best situation. Please use your knowledge, expirence and skills in something fruitful. Again let me stress my point when I say you are not disrespecting a post, a person or a political party, but you are disrespecting your country. If you still feel that you have no due deligent towards your country please do as you please but be brave enough to be a one person army and show your protest , do not try to include all the Nepalese that loves their country and try to brain wash them .   Thank You Baire

I agree with you NEPE that in the present context Girija, Makune, Prachanda should be blamed. Regarding why black flag to Makune, the answer is crystal clear. No matter how much they deny that they are not affilated to Maoist, they are being directed by them. Shame on you so called bunch of morons.  If you have guts  why didnt you show black flag to PKD when he was in USA.

दुईवटा वैकल्पिक सुझाव दिएको छु मैले:   1.     रचनात्मक आईडियाहरु छन् भने interaction program गर, प्रचन्डको भ्रमण हुँदा गर्‍या जस्तै । 2.     विरोध मात्र गर्नु छ भने विरोध गर्नु पर्नेहरु जति छन् सबैको विरोध गर ।     एउटा सानो समुहमा मैले राखेको कुरा:   As I said, almost everybody is a bad player in Nepal and each of them should get from us a message that we are not happy with each of them.  So, it hardly needs explanation to tell this black flag rally targeted to selectively attack MKN is so misfiting and a wrong-signal-sending.  Appropriate thing would have been an interaction program with MKN (if we have real substance to share) or protest against ALL BAD PLAYERS of Nepal (how about effigies of three big leaders, MKN, Prachanda and GPK ?) if we just want to protest and that’s all.  On a broader political-philosophical note, I think we (those for selective attack and those against) are basically victims of political “polarization” !  The organizers seems to be intending to lend their support to certain pole of this polarization SILENTLY and oppose another pole VOCALLY and VEHEMENTLY.  Since it’s their prerogative, as a democrat, my best wishes for whatever they are doing and my shun for the reason I explained.  Nepal needs unifying politics and SUPPORTING one GROUP silently and ATTACKING another group VEHEMENTLY is not the way to go. Being combative verbally with this sorts of abstracted moronics is a waste of our awful time. Let's get it straight. Why don't we plead someone to carry a white flag with a white fabric in his body. I need just one person, i mean just one person to stand on the other side of road in this fashion. He alone will be sufficient to drop the curtain down of this drama that is being hatched.

Sir, i do adore your approach and meditating power regarding the political scenerio of our country. But i do have to agree that you are also one of the front runner in giving a towering speech like a mountain out of a molehill as our political bosses do back in Nepal. Please if possible, tell me one of the fruitful accomplishment that you gave to us by hosting such a great ( i mean great as it should be) interactive bill on ANA 2009 event.
