It's been a while since I have been out of school, so I don't have access to any of these journals/papers. I tried googling but with little success. I would appreciate a lot if someone could get any or all of the papers for me.  1. Dobilet P, Begg CB, Weinstein MC, Braun P, McNeil BJ.
