It should go like this - Right now, there are three of us staying together in a three bedroom two bath apartment OR Currently, there are three of us living together in a 3 bedroom and 2 bath apartment.

Incorrect: It should read: "Right now, we three are together. We are staying in a two bedroom, two bath apartment."
