We do have habit of our leader’s meaningless notion, don’t we?  I was listening in news the other day that seven districts in our country are facing famine while others are celebrating dashain. I am sure Prachanda or Maoist has not bothered a bit to talk about this. Why they will? They are busy in game planning how to bulldoze this government and of course selecting color of our new flag. We have numerous immediate issues, need to be fixed. Food and medicine scarcity, wretched security, swelling unemployment, mounting price for basics, crippled economy..........I can carry on for next couple of hours. If our political parties fix only few of these problems, I don’t have problem in waving our new national flag.

There are many more issues with urgent attention then to hastely try to wipe out all the history we have in the follish attempt to make a new Nepal. I believe and everyone else too, that New Nepal making should be from what we already have, not assume we are are creating it out of zero. Watch where the foot is landing and plan the move, not take the stride and trample our own unity and soveriginity. Is it already not enough humilation when the natioal flag gets burned and we remain mute spectator.
