Need a third roomie for a three bedroom apartment located at Crescent St. Brooklyn. Utilities included in rent including heat, gas and electricity. Only females preferred since we are two other females in early 20s. Transportation is two blocks away. J train on Crescent St. and A train on Grant St. Buses are available too. Near to shopping area. Apartment is on the third floor of a house with priv  ate entrance, a balcony, living room, kitchen, full bathroom and backyard to chill. Need someone who can pay rent on time and keep the place clean. Not really anal about having everything neat and tidy though. No pets please except fishes and the likes.  About us: 2 females 20 and 23 going to college. Non smoker , friendly, outgoing, open with having overnight guests and get together with friends   Move in cost is first months rent+depost that is $700 Please reply ASAP as we are planning on moving in within a week or so.
