Hi dears, I am in confusion, I am working for company who sponsered me for H1B, effective in this fall. There is conflict in management, even they no longer have any long term contact too. Whenever my relevant working groups (other companies) know about the situation, couple of companies offered me jobs/project with them. One more question arise here, could I starts to them before Oct 1 or not? I had questioned couple of Lawyer but I am harrash, like Nepali polotician they words as their own perspectives. Its narrative to say I am confused. Do anybody in our forumn have such incident before? Hope your mild language. Thank you
