Hi, I am looking for a roomate to live in double with me. The apartment is located at 77 street between York and 1st ave, which is a very nice neighborhood. It's a brand new renovated 2 bedroom apartment!!! I and my friend are living there currently, but I would like to have a roommate so that the cost can be shared. For $600 rent and two friendly and clean people to live with, this apartment is really really good. The apartment has an elevator and has laundry in the basement. The subway station is just 3 blocks away in the Lexington ave. FYI, this apartment is not one of those conjusted apartments in NYC. It's quite big. So, please please let me know if you are interested. Both of us are very particular about cleanliness. So, if you think you would make a good roommate let me know.
