Female with BF ok as I have one too who live in another state and might visit once a month or so. ;). Another option for me - A room in a nepali family's house, preferably a basement with kitchen. If near metro area that would be the best. I can pay upto $800 - $900 per month including utilities. I am a good cook. I love cooking. I keep the area clean. I am friendly and easy going person. Few friends and family visit for chit chat and dinner during weekends. My friends are decent and professionals with sense of humor. No big hallas in the house. I am a social drinker. Some friends and family might (1 or 2 times a year) visit me for a week or so to tour Capital. I don't interfere in others privacy.
