Dear All I am currently in F2 status and trying to change it to F1 (hope this is not late for Fall). Could you please let me know the required documents need to send to USCIS along with Form I-539? I am concerned about the fee, I think $300 for application and $200 for SEVIS. Do I have to pay for SEVIS? Regards
