Thanks Everybody, I just contacted a Ph.D. Student of Bio-Statistics and gave me word to provide software , reading materials and weekly guide and finally with test format. As per him, we can do self study and give a test and get certificate. Have not checked yet how much it cost to sit for the test (one thing at a time, let see how it goes first couple weeks). jai Nepal
