if i need to return back to original F1 status from current asylee status wat should i need to do? my case has been sent to court and i am in provision since i didnt attend school for this semester. moreover is it possible if i continue asylum case and start attending school by reinstating status in other state. I am in great trouble i ask with lawyer and she told me that i been already out of status but my school advisor told me that i could reinstate my status and continue studies. do u have any suggestions for this.
