Help on Internet Explorer 8.0

Please help I recently upgraded my internet explorer from 7.0 to 8.0 but its too slow. Everytime i try to open IE, it gives the following messege. What should i do now??

I had problem too. Just do the system restore and pick a date prior to the downloaded date.

remove ie8 and reinstall it

use firefox ...its better , fast and safe then IE8
